Alan Ruhl is presently a Major with the Memphis Police Department, looking to finish up his 25th year in 2020. He now serves in the Uniform Patrol Division, and has held various leadership roles in the MPD, including Information Technology, Finance, Accreditation, and the Organized Crime Unit. Alan holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Memphis in Business Administration Finance.
Alan is a graduate of the 241st Session; he was President for the Tennessee Chapter in 2018 and joined the Foundation Board in 2019. Alan has served on the FBINAA Membership Committee and currently serves on the FBINAA Finance Committee.
